On what user accounts would User2 be unable to reset passwords?

The password administrator can reset passwords for non-administrator users and for the following admin roles:

  • Directory readers
  • Guest inviter
  • Password administrator

The password admin cannot reset the password for any users with the following roles: Customer Lockbox Access Approver, Reports reader, or User admin.
